Job Summary
An industrial company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, develop ERP systems and drive digital transformation through AI, automation and integrated business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT department and oversee daily technical operations.
- Manage and develop the ERP system, integrating production, sales, warehousing, finance, HR and supply chain functions.
- Implement AI applications and AI agents to automate processes, improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and cybersecurity.
- Lead digital transformation projects and manage technology vendors.
- Supervise the IT team and coordinate technical support.
- Develop custom applications and integrate systems using APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is mandatory.
- Food manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Strong ERP experience; SAP Business One preferred.
- Practical experience with AI applications, AI agents and process automation.
- Advanced programming, application development and API integration skills.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity and cloud services.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in English.
